3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy (operated by Lemon Squeezy, LLC). By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
  • You will receive a digital receipt via email.
  • Product access is delivered digitally via download link immediately after purchase.
  • Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.

4. Digital Delivery and Access

All products are delivered digitally. After purchase, you will receive:

  • An email with a download link for your product files
  • Access to any included digital tools or calculators

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid email address at purchase
  • Downloading your product files promptly
  • Maintaining your own backup copies of downloaded files

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical issues on your end.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RightfullyYours LLC and its owner, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Any actions you take based on information in our products

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
